Eating healthier and exercising – When people experience anxiety troubles they often neglect their appearance, health, and well-being.  You need to ensure that you eat a healthy diet and regular meals.  You also need to get regular exercise. 

 

 

Relaxation - There are plenty of things you can do to relax.  You can do everything from taking a hot bubble bath to yoga classes.  You could learn how to meditate.  Listening to relaxing music and sounds is also a great way to reduce anxiety.  There are plenty of self help anxiety methods online, so be sure to check them all out.  You never know when some may come in handy! 

 

Talking – Bottled up anxiety will only cause more and more problems in the long run.  Talk to a professional, a friend, or even a stranger—you need to get things off your chest in order to resolve anxiety!
